State Government provide funds for construction Bridges, Fly Overs, Under Pass and Rail Over Bridges, Bye Passes, Ring roads, Road improvement, Road safety Measures, 4-lanning of Sub divisional Head Quarter Roads, Planning & Research, Quality Control, DPR, Capacity Building, Asset Management and HRD , Land Acquisition Charges, Incentive to Contractors, Information, Education & Communication(IEC)Decretal Dues arising out of Court cases for these activities for rapid growth of road network in Odisha.

During, 2017-18, there is budget provision of Rs.830.50Crore ongoing bridges, Roads, 15nos. of ROBs, 1No. Fly over, 4nos. of Bye passes & to take up new important Bridge projects, Missing links, Robs & fly overs. There is target for completion of 24Nos. of Bridges, 3Nos. of ROBs & 230Km of road length during 2017-18.
