This is the Head of Department office and functioning under Government of Odisha, Works Department. There are sixteen Circles (Thirteen Civil, one P.H., one Electrical and one Mechanical) after restructuring of the organizational structure. There are 56 Civil Divisions, 3 G.P.H.
